ITI approaches its mission through targeted support—including Pfizer-donated Zithromax®—for expanded implementation of the SAFE Strategy, applied research and program evaluation, health education and advocacy.

Drawing on its unique role as a leader in catalyzing partnerships for trachoma control at the national and global levels, ITI will continue to seek out new approaches to expand SAFE programs and accelerate progress toward eliminating blinding trachoma.

ITI maintains the highest scientific and management standards in pursuit of its mission.
